We keep as little as we can, and we never sell or share it.
What we store
- Your email address, when you signed up, and when you confirmed it (we need the confirmation time as evidence of consent under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007).
- Whether an email to you bounced or was marked as spam, so we stop sending.
What we don't do
- No tracking pixels, no link tracking, no advertising, no analytics cookies.
- Your address is never sold, rented or shared.
Signing up and leaving
- Double opt-in: you are only added after clicking the link in a confirmation email.
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; it takes effect immediately.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted — email hello@hiretto.com.
